Business began at our present location with what became our parent business, Allied Automotive. Allied has served the Mat-Su area for over 20 years.

In 1995 American Mini Storage opened for business adjacent to Allied Automotive. In less than one month all of our storage units were full.

To fill the ongoing demand, three additional acres were purchased adjacent to our present location, and 24,000 square feet of state-of-the-art storage was added to meet community demand. American Mini Storage has become one of the newest and most modern storage facilities in Alaska.

Our central location makes American Mini Storage convenient to Wasilla, Palmer and Eagle River, with customers coming as far away as Anchorage to benefit from our competative prices.
